I led the first of my series of "Weekend Warrior" workshops this weekend taking some really great young photographers away for the weekend, leaving Bangalore early on Saturday and returning on Sunday afternoon. This series of workshops is designed for those of us who can not take days off of work willy-nilly, but still want to head out to the wilds.

It was basically an intensive 2 day, 1 night trip from Bangalore to Bandipur, with a stop off at Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary on the way. It was a greats showing in Bandipur, in just two safari's, we saw two sloth bears and a pack of dhole, as well as more Gaur than I have ever seen...  We saw more Gaur than spotted deer, well, nearly! ;) Here are some shots from the trip, and if you are interested in learning wildlife photography, but do not have the luxury of many holiday days, get in touch and i will keep you posted on the next available outing! :)
